Our services are delivered through ongoing monthly engagements and involve significant time, expertise, and resources dedicated to each client.
3. General Refund Policy
3.1 Service Fees
Due to the nature of our consulting services, which involve immediate allocation of resources, strategic planning, and work commencement upon payment:
Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun.
- Services are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
- Once work has commenced for a billing period, that period's fee is considered earned.
3.2 Unused Portions
If you cancel services mid-month:
- The current month's fee is non-refundable.
- No charges will be made for subsequent months after the cancellation effective date.
- Services will continue through the end of the paid period.
4. Exceptions
We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
4.1 Service Non-Delivery
If we completely fail to deliver agreed-upon services through no fault of the Client, we will provide a full or partial refund as appropriate.
4.2 Billing Errors
If you are charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount), we will promptly correct the error and refund any overcharge.
4.3 Mutual Agreement
Refunds may be issued at our discretion if both parties agree that continuing the engagement is not in either party's best interest.

- Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current paid period

8. Advertising Spend
Please Note: Advertising spend (budget paid to platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn) is separate from our service fees. Refunds for advertising spend are subject to each platform's policies and are not within our control.

If you have a dispute regarding charges:

- We will work with you to resolve the issue
- If unresolved, you may dispute the charge with your payment provider, though we encourage direct resolution
